
Carbonite Live Streaming Troubleshooting
You should be able to get the video working with one of the following suggestions:
1. Refresh/Reload the page on your desktop or mobile browser
2. Make sure you are logged in. If you are still seeing "Buy" on the player window:
1. Click "Buy" on the player window
2. At the bottom of the resulting window click "Sign in" next to "Already have an account?
3. You can clear your cache (cookies/history not needed for most streaming video issues) with the instructions for all browser types here.
4. Try temporarily disabling any special third party browser addons/extensions and reloading the browser
5. Try a second browser as a test
You can log in using the Facebook, Google, or the email & password you set up when you purchased with:
1. Click "Buy" on the player window
2. At the bottom of the resulting window click "Sign in" next to "Already have an account?
