Carbonite Live Streaming Troubleshooting

  • Video Playback Troubleshooting
    You should be able to get the video working with one of the following suggestions: 1. Refresh/Reload the page on your desktop or mobile browser 2. Make sure you are logged in. If you are still seeing "Buy" on the player window: 1. Click "Buy" on the player window 2. At the bottom of the resulting window click "Sign in" next to "Already have an account? 3. You can clear your cache (cookies/history not needed for most streaming video issues) with the instructions for all browser types here. 4. Try temporarily disabling any special third party browser addons/extensions and reloading the browser 5. Try a second browser as a test
  • I paid on this or another device and cannot access the stream. How can I log in?
    You can log in using the Facebook, Google, or the email & password you set up when you purchased with: 1. Click "Buy" on the player window 2. At the bottom of the resulting window click "Sign in" next to "Already have an account? 3. If for any reason you cannot remember your login details or authentication fails, we are happy to refund your purchase. Please email carbonitesound@gmail.com or use our contact form. If you need to purchase again to view, we are happy to refund the extra purchase.
  • On my mobile device I can't see the player window
    There is a bug on the mobile version of the stream that really slow and very drunk tech support folks are eventually going to fix, however the solution is easy: click the "x" on the right side of the window as shown below.
  • I saw a tiger
    As long as you're not married to Carole Baskin, you're probably fine.
